Şehrin Pusulası is a city guide app published by your municipality: walking and driving routes, places, events, an audio guide and a city assistant.

This is the support page for the app. Send your question, bug report or suggestion to the address below; every message gets a reply.

If a place’s details, opening hours or photos are wrong, write to the same address; the content is forwarded to the relevant municipality.

Frequently asked

Do I need an account? No. Places, routes and events are viewable without one. Signing in is only required for saving, reviews and badges.

What if I decline location access? The app keeps working; you pick your municipality manually instead of sorting by proximity.

How do I delete my account? In the app, open the Profile tab, scroll to the Settings heading and tap "Delete my account". After you confirm, your account and personal link are permanently deleted — no email required.

I want to know about my data. The Privacy Policy and the KVKK notice explain which data is processed and why.
